Understanding Acidity Meter

What is an Acidity Meter?

An acidity meter is an instrument that measures the tartness in fruit by the electroconductivity method using electrical current. With this measurement method, you will not need any reagent at all.

Due to the difference in measurement principles, readings from the instrument may not match up exactly with the traditional titration method. We can see a correlation between the two-testing methods and an ooffset can be created. The offset function is available on all ATAGO’s acidity meters.
