This analog refractometer has an automatic temperature compensation function. It can be widely used for beverages, fruit juices, soups, beef bowl sauce, water-soluble cutting oil, etc.

MASTER-T is made of metal, and MASTER-PT is plastic. However, the measurement range and minimum scale are the same.

For salty and acidic samples, choose the plastic body, MASTER-PT.
