MASTER-53a (Handheld Analog Refractometer)

MASTER-53 analog refractometer is our most popular traditional portable refractometer.
MASTER-53α can measure various kinds of juice, coffee, and beverages and work on processed food such as sauce, ketchup, low-calorie jam, etc.
This MASTER-53α refractometer has an Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) model with a water-resistant (IP65) feature.
The MASTER-53α is made of metal, and the MASTER-53Pα is plastic. The specifications are the same.

For salty and acidic samples, choose the plastic body, MASTER-53Pα.
