FAQs
- Can I have a service technician come to my office?
That is not necessary! Our instruments have a small footprint, and it is easy to ship. Therefore, we can avoid unnecessary costly on-site inspection fees. Plus, for the best repair/ calibration service quality, it is better to repair/calibrate in a controlled environment at the ATAGO service center.
- How long will my repair take?
It depends on the unit situation, but we will give you an estimated time once we receive your unit.
- What is a calibration certification?
Our certificate is NIST traceable. They came with a calibration certificate, traceability certificate, and traceability diagram. (Calibration service is performed at an additional cost).
- What is an RMA?
An RMA is a Return Merchandise Authorization. It is a number needed for the service request form. This is required before shipping anything to our factory for return/repair. Every item with a serial number requires its own individual RMA number. The RMA is a number that tracks your repair through the factory.
