  1. Can I have a service technician come to my office?
  • That is not necessary! Our instruments have small footprint, and it is easy to ship. We can avoid unnecessary costly on-site inspection fees. Plus, for the best repair/ calibration service quality, it is better to repair/ calibration at a controlled environment at ATAGO service center. 
  1. How long will my repair take?
  • It depends on the unit situation, but we will give you an estimate time once we received your unit.

  1. What is a calibration certification?
  • Our certificate is NIST traceable, and they came with calibration certificate, traceability certificate, traceability diagram. (Calibration service is performed at an additional cost).

  1. What is an RMA?
  • An RMA is a Return Merchandise Authorization. It is a number needed for the service request form. This is required before shipping anything to our factory for return/repair. Every item with a serial number requires its own individual RMA number. The RMA is a number that tracks your repair through the factory.

  1. How long does it take to receive a quote?
  • Quotes are sent no later than the end of the next business day after the request is received. Please call +1 (425) 637-2107 to expedite service.

  1. Does quote include shipping?
  • Yes, quote does include shipping fee.

  1. Who pays for the shipping?
  •  All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
