Can I have a service technician come to my office?
That is not necessary! Our instruments have small footprint, and it is easy to ship. We can avoid unnecessary costly on-site inspection fees. Plus, for the best repair/ calibration service quality, it is better to repair/ calibration at a controlled environment at ATAGO service center.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the unit situation, but we will give you an estimate time once we received your unit.
What is a calibration certification?
Our certificate is NIST traceable, and they came with calibration certificate, traceability certificate, traceability diagram. (Calibration service is performed at an additional cost).
What is an RMA?
An RMA is a Return Merchandise Authorization. It is a number needed for theservice request form. This is required before shipping anything to our factory for return/repair. Every item with a serial number requires its own individual RMA number. The RMA is a number that tracks your repair through the factory.
