The PAL-Colostrum can be used for determining the concentration of colostrum.
It measures the Brix value of colostrum, which correlates with the immunoglobulin (IgG) value contained in colostrum.
The ideal Brix level for colostrum (first milk) is 20% and above.
※Correlation coefficients may vary depending on the species of animal.
MAGIC is available for hot samples to cool down quickly and minimize evaporation to stabilize your measurement.
Each special scale model needs to be checked with a specific sucrose solution.
Please contact us to find out which sucrose you should use and what value you should get!
